[Vanguard] Plans have reached an advanced stage by the Federal Government, Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, and Dangote Refinery for far-reaching changes in the process of lifting and distribution of petrol in the country.

[Vanguard] THE Federal government has allocated a total of 48.6 million barrels of crude oil to Dangote Petroleum Refinery for refining in 10 months.
