[This Day] The Vice President of Oil and Gas at Dangote Industries Limited, Mr. Devakumar Edwin, has taken a swipe at Shell, ExxonMobil and Chevron as well as other international oil companies (IOCs), saying they were unable to build a multi-billion refinery in Nigeria like Dangote.
